Designer Ludovic de Saint Sernin‘s latest collection, “Private Show,” was presented in Paris’ trendy Marais neighborhood and paid homage to the 2000s.
The collection blended elements of logomania, miniskirts, and transparency, which were popular during the early 2000s, and included BDSM imagery. The most striking aspect of the collection was the emphasis on the trend of skirts for men, which were available in mini versions and adorned with the “LDSS” logo and Swarovski crystals.
The show was a feast for the senses, starting off with more covered looks and progressing to more revealing, sensual looks. The audience was particularly struck by loose leather pants paired with a black boa, a cream-colored shearling coat worn directly on the skin, and a long transparent dress revealing a white slip.
