ETRO recently announced the launch of a fresh men’s tailoring collection. This initiative is part of ETRO’s new strategy, which includes a coed runway show set for the upcoming Milan Fashion Week in February.
Marco De Vincenzo, the creative force behind ETRO’s women’s, men’s, and home lines, shared his vision for this new direction. “Imagination is a land of endless opportunities, and we are embracing this by uniting our male and female universes. This approach will highlight ETRO’s unifying brand codes,” he explained.

Contrary to the norm, ETRO isn’t holding back during the city’s men’s fashion week, which spans from January 12 to 16. Instead, on January 14, ETRO is poised to reveal its new men’s tailoring collection. This significant moment will coincide with the opening of a store on Via Montenapoleone, dedicated exclusively to this line and its bespoke service. While details remain discreet, the event is expected to attract international buyers to ETRO’s headquarters.
De Vincenzo, who made a striking debut in men’s fashion for ETRO last January, has already showcased his flair for innovative tailoring. His Fall 2023 collection, marked by ’70s-inspired elongated silhouettes and wavy velvet suits, celebrates ETRO’s textile legacy. The collection also featured tuxedo pants with delicate floral embroidery, paired with check shirts – a blend that subtly reflects ETRO’s DNA.

Discussing the essence of ETRO‘s menswear, De Vincenzo remarked, “Menswear shines with just a few key ingredients. To create something unmistakably “ETRO,” a fusion of embroidery and the right print is all it takes. It’s almost magical.” This philosophy was evident in the youthful Spring 2024 lineup, offering relaxed sartorial options, including maxi vests with fluid pants and oversize blazers paired with roomy shorts.
