Only announced for now, but the future Nike Air Max Scorpion has already received several colorways including this “Golden Wheat” which should likely land in September.
Echoing the wheat seed in autumn, Nike’s designers have chosen the color of this herbaceous plant to dress this new eye-catching silhouette.
This new offering of the Nike Air Max Scorpion is dressed up with a Flyknit upper of an intricate weave characteristic of the model. On both sides, there are two Swooshes printed lightly in relief in a dark brown hue that then appears on the mini Swooshes on the toebox, the reel logo printed on the insoles as a reminder that the materials used are recycled, as well as Braille lettering present on the tongues and heel-tab of the heel.
A thick Air Max sole using an improved Air described as providing “tomorrow’s comfort today” completes the design.
This Nike Air Max Scorpion “Golden Wheat” (code: DJ4702-200) will be released in the coming weeks at select retailers and on Nike.com
