Very prolific, the Tokyo-based sneaker boutique continues to make a name for itself via exclusive collaborations like the atmos x New Balance 2002R “OASIS” which we talked about in this post or its latest collaborative silhouette with PUMA and Tokyo-based skateboarding and video production label Diaspora Skateboards.
The two partners were invited to reinterpret the iconic PUMA Suede, which even after fifty years of existence continues to be loved and acclaimed by sneaker aficionados.
The PUMA Suede features a light beige base with quilt-like stitching and light blue accents, Diaspora Skateboard’s signature color. This light blue hue is applied to the lining, the heel reinforcement and the PUMA Formstrip. On the tongues, a black leather label features the PUMA logo and the Magic Circle logo, the symbol of the collaboration, in a golden touch. A PUMA logo, along with the leaping feline – both in a gold finish – were also stamped on the outside of the shoes.
A gum sole and aglets printed with the collaboration’s logo complete the design.
