Almost ten months after their first drop, The North Face & KAWS once again join forces for a new collaborative collection that once again mixes the outdoor brand’s expertise with the colorful graphic world of the famous New York artist.
This time, the outdoor clothing specialist and the Brooklyn-based artist have taken a much more minimalist approach, putting aside the bold colors and patterns of the inaugural line and replacing them with almost tone-on-tone abstract prints.
The collaborative collection revisits the iconic styles of The North Face Expedition System line, launched more than 30 years ago for high altitude expeditions. Highlights include the 1986 Mountain Retro Jacket, 1996 Retro Nuptse Jacket, Himalayan Down Parka, Denali Fleece Jacket, as well as long-sleeve T-shirts, hoodies, fleece pants, Nuptse mittens, duffle bags and ThermoBall Traction V Mule. Most of the pieces come in two timeless colors: black and white.
