KAWS, whose real name is Brian Donnelly, is an American artist and designer known for his distinctive style of cartoon-like characters that often incorporate elements from pop culture. He started his career as a street artist, creating graffiti and adding his signature “XX” mark to public spaces.

KAWS has since expanded his artistic output to include sculpture, painting, and product design, collaborating with brands such as Nike, Uniqlo, and Supreme. His work has been exhibited in galleries and museums around the world, including the Museum of Modern Art in New York and the Tate Modern in London.
