Following the previous one unveiled in early December 2022, a second Nike Dunk Low “Year of the Rabbit” has just appeared, in a color palette that fits slightly better with the celebrations of the lunar new year.
Unlike the previous pair revealed in a high-contrast palette, this new colorway is rich with touches of brown and orange.
While its construction remains the same as the previous pair – smooth suede base and smooth leather overlays – this new colorway sees its base colored in a vibrant coral orange hue, while its overlays, laces, heel stiffeners, tongue tags, linings as well as side Swooshes are struck with a dark brown hue.
Towards the back of the shoe, there is a silhouette of a rabbit embroidered towards the ankles while a teal blue Nike branding sits proudly on the heel cuffs.
Insoles printed with a Rabbit pattern and a mini Swoosh, wool tongue tags with an embroidered Chinese letter that translates to “Rabbit”, white midsoles and semi-translucent outsoles complete the design.
