In mid-October, Samsung had teased on its Twitter account its upcoming collaboration with luxury fashion brand Maison Margiela, but did not communicate on which product. We now know more about the product in question, it will be the Galaxy Z Flip 4.

The South Korean electronic giant has been accustomed for several years to exclusive collaborations, in limited edition, of its flagship devices. We remember, for example, its collaborations with the American designer Thom Browne on its Galaxy Z Flip 3, Galaxy Z Fold 2, and Galaxy Z Fold 3, or with Maison Kitsuné on its Galaxy Watch. The Galaxy Z Flip 4 and Galaxy Z Fold 4, although only a few months old, already have several premium collaborations in the works, including one announced with Maison Margiela.

Indeed, the South Korean giant has just published several images showing from different angles its new Galaxy Z Flip 4, accompanied by the logo of the French luxury house, known for its revolutionary approach to high fashion.

The images show the silhouette of the Galaxy Z Flip 4 in what appears to be a white pulp texture and adorned with the iconic Maison Margiela iconography. Samsung also hinted that Maison Margiela’s “iconic four dots” and “numeric coding” would also be key design elements of the collaboration. There could also be fabric covers and cases for the foldable smartphone – and, even the Galaxy Watch 5 and Buds 2 Pro according to rumors – since one detail hasn’t escaped the keenest of observers: the 11 (the number is circled) represents Maison Margiela’s accessories line.
