The Italian Sea Group and Giorgio Armani showcased their latest project, the 72-meter mega Admiral yacht, during an exclusive private event on February 11th at Marina di Carrara headquarters.
This mega yacht is the result of a collaboration between the two brands, blending the DNA of both to create a one-of-a-kind avant-garde vessel that combines the best aspects of the nautical world and fashion.
Giorgio Armani and his team have designed the Admiral, the first of two yachts, with their signature timeless minimalism that redefines the high-end mega yacht concept. The exterior design, with architectural influences, is both meticulous and captivating, with large clean geometric volumes balanced with softer, curved forms. The yacht’s interiors, designed by Armani/Casa, offer discreet and refined luxury, with bold but relaxed decor and a masterful mix of soft or vibrant colors.
Giovanni Costantino, founder and CEO of The Italian Sea Group, says, “This mega yacht, the result of an exciting partnership, is further confirmation of our ability to realize unique projects with Made in Italy excellence brands that share our values.“
For Giorgio Armani, CEO of the Armani Group, the sea and design are two of his greatest passions and this collaboration is a way for him to extend his aesthetic philosophy to the nautical world. He says, “The sea and design are two of my greatest passions. With this new collaboration, I have extended my idea of furniture and decoration to the nautical world, in which – just like in fashion – aesthetics and functionality meet in a natural and elegant style.“
The Admiral yacht will be delivered in early 2024 and promises to be a reference in yacht design, offering personalized spaces that are unique to each owner’s vision and desire. The Italian Sea Group and Giorgio Armani’s collaboration is a testament to the two brands’ commitment to excellence and their shared values.
