Molitor‘s newly appointed Pastry Chef, Louise Riot, unveils her very first Christmas log full of flavors for this 5-star establishment and mythical place in Paris, a few steps away from its famous Bois de Boulogne.
Preaching a desugared pastry, the young Pastry Chef who trained with Chefs Dominique Costa and Benoît Gréssent presents a light and gourmet log, decorated with graceful lines inspired by the emblematic 1930s moldings of the Molitor Brasserie. She adds the silhouette of the famous porthole of the establishment, so recognizable among all the fans of the Molitor that we also find on its logo.
With a mother from Martinique and a father from Brittany, Louise Riot uses the richness of her two cultures to marry all the flavors in her creations. Thus, for her 2022 Christmas log at the Molitor, the Chef combines a vanilla mousse, a vanilla cashew praline with a citron confit. All resting on a hazelnut butter cookie and a cashew nut crunch.
This gourmet Christmas log, light and exotic flavors will find a place of choice on your holiday table.
