Hennessy, the world-renowned cognac brand, announced its collaboration with the talented British Artistic Director, Kim Jones. This collaboration, a meeting of two icons, brings together street and luxury in a unique celebration of the legendary Hennessy X.O cognac blend and its impact on culture.
Blending Cognac-Making and Couture
Interweaving the rich heritage of Hennessy X.O with Kim Jones’ creative vision, this collaboration features the Hennessy X.O Masterpiece, the Hennessy X.O Limited Edition bottle, and, for the first time, the HNY Low by Kim Jones. This marks the first time Maison Hennessy has partnered with a fashion designer and the first time Kim Jones has collaborated with a spirits brand.
An Odyssey of Creativity

The Hennessy X.O Masterpiece
Exclusively designed for Hennessy by Kim Jones and produced using 3D printing technology, the Hennessy X.O Masterpiece is a true work of art. Only 200 examples have been produced and each one demonstrates how humanity and technology can work together to create something unique, “like a piece of bespoke couture for a bottle.“
Inspired by the making of Hennessy X.O cognac and the artisans who have perfected it over eight generations of Master Blenders, the Hennessy X.O Masterpiece is encased in a specially developed titanium casing that entirely encapsulates the bottle like an architectural second skin. The twisting folds of the casing evoke the couture technique of draping, while the undulating oak base nods to the barrels used to age the eaux-de-vie that eventually become Hennessy X.O. The cognac can be extracted using the fusil designed by Kim Jones, adding an elegant and playful touch to the serving process.
Fashion Meets Culture
The Hennessy X.O Limited Edition ‘ready-to-wear’ version of the decanter is the final piece of this partnership. The Hennessy X.O bottle is encased in an aluminum second skin, showcasing the signature shape of the bottle and evoking a couture silhouette. This limited edition bottle truly represents the merger of fashion and culture with excellence and legacy.
A Tribute to Artisans
Kim Jones was particularly touched by the history of Hennessy X.O and the generations of artisans who have dedicated their time to perfecting each step of the process. “When I saw how the vintage Hennessy bottles were wrapped, it spoke volumes to me about how precious each one is, and how they were handled. That same process also holds true with fashion.“
The Hennessy X.O cognac x Kim Jones collaboration is now available for purchase at the Hennessy space at La Samaritaine and at the Hennessy boutique in Cognac. The Hennessy X.O Masterpiece decanter is available for €25,000 and the limited edition Hennessy X.O by Kim Jones is available for 255 €.
