In 2022, Hublot astounded the watchmaking world with the introduction of the Square Bang Unico, a square-shaped watch that combined elements from the iconic Big Bang. This unique geometry posed a significant challenge for watchmakers who typically work on round cases. Nevertheless, the Square Bang Unico’s innovative design and use of advanced materials led to its resounding success among clients and collectors.
The Square Bang Unico Sapphire: A limited edition marvel
Continuing its pursuit of excellence, Hublot has unveiled the Square Bang Unico Sapphire, a limited edition model of just 250 pieces. Despite the complexities of the square shape and multi-layered sapphire case construction, Hublot engineers have ensured water resistance up to 5 ATM. The renowned Unico manufacture movement remains intact, offering a 72-hour power reserve and retaining its column wheel flyback automatic chronograph caliber, designated as HUB1280.

These models feature a rubber strap and a titanium deployant buckle, as well as the exclusive One Click interchangeable system, allowing for customization with a wide range of optional straps.

The Hublot Square Bang Unico White Ceramic and Black Ceramic models are priced at 27,400 euros ($26,200 USD), while the limited edition Square Bang Unico Sapphire is available at 99,000 euros ($95,000 USD).
