As the United Kingdom prepares for the historic coronation of King Charles III, Bremont, the esteemed British watchmaker, unveils a limited-edition pilot’s watch to honor the occasion. With a breathtaking design and the monarch’s coronation emblem, this timepiece is a majestic tribute to the new king.
A Royal Riff on the Classic MBII Pilot’s Watch
The Bremont MBII King Charles III Limited Edition watch showcases Bremont‘s dedication to elegance and precision. Drawing inspiration from the original MBII pilot’s watch introduced in 2009, the new commemorative piece blends tradition with contemporary design elements, encapsulating the essence of the upcoming coronation.

Sophisticated Design and Features
The regal 43 mm Trip-Tick case in stainless steel, paired with a pristine white dial, exudes sophistication. The watch features modern numerals, black hour and minute hands, a vibrant purple seconds hand, and Super-LumiNova coated indexes. Additionally, the day-date window and a bidirectional inner bezel with crown pusher adjustment demonstrate Bremont’s attention to detail and functionality.

Robust Movement and Shock Resistance
At the heart of the MBII King Charles III Limited Edition is the BE-36AE movement. With 26 jewels, 28,800 beats per hour, and a 38-hour power reserve, this modified caliber ensures accurate timekeeping. Enhanced shock resistance, courtesy of a modified automatic-winding bridge, further showcases Bremont’s commitment to durability and performance.

The Coronation Emblem: A Royal Seal of Approval
The timepiece’s distinguishing feature is the intricate coronation emblem, designed by former Apple designer Jony Ive, adorning the caseback. Inspired by King Charles’ love of nature, the emblem will play a prominent role in the coronation ceremony and related events, making this watch a symbol of the historic occasion.

A Commemorative Coin: A Tribute to Tradition
In addition to the timepiece, collectors will receive a commemorative coin engraved with the coronation emblem. Evoking the concept of a military challenge coin, this exclusive gift accompanies the watch purchase throughout May, while supplies last.

Bremont’s Royal Legacy
Bremont’s relationship with the royal family is not new. As the sole luxury watch manufacturer for His Majesty’s Armed Forces since 2019, the brand has fulfilled numerous royal commissions. From crafting a bespoke pocket watch for Prince Philip to designing custom car clocks for the Queen’s fleet, Bremont has long been associated with the monarchy.

Only 50 MBII King Charles III Limited Edition watches were made, retailing at $5,648 (£4,495). Although already sold out online, the timepiece may still be available at select Bremont boutiques.
