Baby Keem, the GRAMMY award-winning American rapper, has joined the Converse creative team that includes Tyler, The Creator, Natasha Cloud, pgLang, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and Alexis Sablone, among others.
By joining Converse, the 21-year-old artist and producer signs his first-ever contract with a top-tier brand. Kendrick Lamar’s cousin and Orange Soda performer will bring his unique vision and explore “the multiple dimensions of the Chuck Taylor All Star through his creative vision.”
To announce the partnership, Baby Keem unveiled a short film, in which he can be seen holding a tape labeled “LP #2” – a possible clue to his upcoming album that will follow his first studio album The Melodic Blue? – and wearing a black Chuck Taylor All Star High Top, a shoe that he says is “iconic and timeless“.
