adidas has joined forces with the Jamaican Football Federation (JFF) and acclaimed fashion label, WALES BONNER, to launch a new game day apparel collection that celebrates the relationship between Jamaican culture and football.
The partnership marks the first collaboration between the three entities under a four-year deal and showcases their shared ambition to create a collection that transcends sport and unites football, culture, and fashion.
The four-piece collection features home and away kits, a pre-match jersey, and a reversible anthem jacket, each designed to be worn by the Reggae Boyz (Men’s Team) and the Reggae Girlz (Women’s Team), as well as fans all over the world. The range is available for purchase online and at select adidas stores and retailers.
“The opportunity to design the first on pitch kits for the Jamaican national teams with adidas Football has been such a special opportunity. It has meant so much to me personally and I am very grateful for the support and trust of adidas Football and the Jamaican Football Federation.

Inspired by Jamaican style and culture, the collection blends classic adidas silhouettes with elegant WALES BONNER signatures, offering a range of items suitable for both on and off the pitch. The new home and away jerseys, for example, are both eye-catching, with the home jersey showcasing the country’s rich national colors of black, gold, and green and fine pinstripe details, while the away jersey boasts a premium collar and cuffs in the signature WALES BONNER crochet texture.
The pre-match jersey is a nod to conventional patterns found on traditional Fair Isle knitwear, and the reversible anthem jacket is a tribute to the iconic gold of Jamaican sunlight, showcasing an expressive Fair Isle graphic on the inside. All three jerseys are made using sweat-wicking AEROREADY technology and breathable mesh inserts, ensuring players remain comfortable while competing on the pitch. Additionally, the range is made using 100% recycled materials, reflecting Adidas’ ongoing commitment to reducing plastic waste.
This latest collection from adidas and WALES BONNER is particularly timely, with the Reggae Girlz set to debut the new game day apparel at the FFA Cup of Nations in February and March 2023, while the Reggae Boyz will debut their away kit during a Concacaf Nations League group stage match against Mexico. The coming year is an important one for both teams, with the Reggae Girlz competing in their second FIFA Women’s World Cup 2023™ in Australia and New Zealand, and the Reggae Boyz continuing their successful run of form during their Concacaf Nations League campaign.
