This marks the third collaboration between Desnoyer and Renaud Fillioux de Gironde, Master Blender of the Hennessy House, both of whom share a passion for preserving and passing on their exceptional know-how.

Starting in mid-May, patrons of Hugo Desnoyer’s restaurant can savor the new “Pairing MEAT COGNAC” experience, showcasing the remarkable synergy between two exquisite products: a knife-prepared Corrèze veal tartare and a glass of the gastronomic enhancer, Hennessy X.O. cognac.
