A-COLD-WALL* x Eastpak

Eastpak is used to collaborations and a tradition is not lost so easily. Samuel Ross’ A-COLD-WALL* is the latest partner to be added to the Boston-based accessories giant’s already extensive list.

A-Cold-Wall* x Eastpak is the first capsule collection between the two partners, with the goal of creating new “forms of expression“, “breaking through traditional boundaries” and serving as inspiration, starting with a vision as urban as Eastpak’s and as cosmopolitan and trendy as A-COLD-WALL. Thus, Samuel Ross of A-COLD-WALL was given carte blanche to reinvent three Eastpak staples: the iconic Padded Pak’r backpack, the compact Orbit backpack and the One mini shoulder bag.

The first, Eastpak’s signature, was built on a contrasting fusion of materials and colors, with electric orange details. Two zippered front panels, contrasting piping, reflective elements and silver co-branded logos completed the design.

The second collaborative bag was the Orbit compact daypack, mixing industrial and streetwear styles. Its “Grey Cloud” graphic print was matched with volt yellow details while extra long zipper pullers and jacquard straps added a unique touch to the design. The collaboration was completed with the One mini shoulder bag, available in gray or black with similar complementary details. A front zippered pocket and contrasting trim were among the details of this latest proposal.
