Inspired by one of the four lawns of the parterre, created by the legendary André Le Nôtre, the Yule Log “Les Jardins de l’Orangerie” is a wonder in itself. The dessert features a base of pistachio sponge, topped with a crispy pistachio praline and topped with a luscious pistachio cream. The intricate garden patterns are brought to life with an orange blossom mousse, offset by spaces of praline. This dessert is not only a treat for the palate, but also a visual delight that captures the essence of the grandeur that surrounds it.
