Inspired by one of the four lawns of the parterre, created by the legendary André Le Nôtre, the Yule LogLes Jardins de l’Orangerie” is a wonder in itself. The dessert features a base of pistachio sponge, topped with a crispy pistachio praline and topped with a luscious pistachio cream.
